Friendly and professional service. This was one of two local shops that State Farm offered as in network after I was rear ended by one of their policy holders. There was a 2-3 month wait because they’re so busy, but they turned my car around quickly once they had it.

I had such a great experience with Village AutoBody after dealing with unexpected car damage to my right passenger side front fender and wheel. From start to finish, the entire process felt smooth, professional, and stress-free. A Hugh thank you to John , who helped me through every step of the repair. He was patient, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled properly. Dropped my car off at village auto body after reading through the reviews and they truly hold up to their reputation. I am always skeptical about insurance recommendations for body shops or other work but they knocked out of the park and then some. John was great to communicate with and they got the work done in a very timely manner and even went through the extra lengths to redo the window tint on the affected area. I couldn’t be happier with the turnout and I’d recommend this shop to anyone in need of body work or is going through insurance (I went through State Farm).

My experience at village auto body was fantastic!! & my car looks amazing, as if nothing had happened to it. My car was drivable so it wasn’t scheduled for the repair for three months after my inspection (this wasn’t a problem & completely understandable, other shops told me the same thing) At pick up not only was I amazed by the great work but my car was very clean on the inside & outside. I would 100% recommended this shop to everyone in the area!!
